Part of the National Park Service, I wanted to go to this museum in Richmond. A worthwhile day on one of my business trips to the bay area.

Lake Merritt

 Lake Merritt 7/17/21. One of many trips to the bay area for work. This trip we headed to The Gardens at Lake Merritt which has a bonsai garden. 

Las Vegas

 My boss took us all to Vegas for the weekend. Fun indeed. 

We had a really lovely dinner. 

Had a really good time. 

Dinner with Julie

I try and see family and friends every time we go to the bay area. This trip we managed to have dinner with Julie. 

All Nighter

 

I had to spend all night in one of our buildings. Jennifer and I had to coordinate the charting of all residents in 24 hours. It was definitely the longest I have ever worked and hope to not have to repeat it in my lifetime. Looks like we made it out okay. 

Golden Gate Park

10/4/2020. My first business trip to the bay area. Arrival day we spent some time in Golden Gate Park. I think we were just happy to get out of the house. 

Nassau, Bahamas

We have also been to Nassau, Bahamas several times. We were here last in 2017. We did mainly the same things. 

I always try and find the local library when I can. This was a small library, we did not go in.

I wanted to buy some rum cakes for work and this was the only one we could find. The previous store we went to in 2017 was gone. 

Jacob made this towel art for our room attendant. We don't know if he found it funny.

Fried donuts for dessert. I think the waiter new that they were not that great as he brought us ice  cream as well. He was right  we ate the ice cream instead of the donuts.
