Spiced Pumpkin Cupcakes

I made these spiced pumpkin cupcakes for the fall festival at Jacob's school. I liked them but Michael thought that they had too much ground cloves. You can adapt the recipe. Thanks to Michael for the artful picture.

Underwood Family Farm

We have been taking Jacob to Underwood Family Farm in Moorpark since 2006. I have put together a sampling of pictures of years past. With help from Michael I added a movie of this years adventure. Enjoy!

2011 - Jacob still needs to be able to pick the pumpkin up for us to buy it. Here is one of his attempts.

S'mores Cupcakes

Jacob had a friend stay for the night this weekend so I decided to make these cupcakes as a treat. They were delicious and well worth the effort. The kids had fun watching us make the marshmallow topping and toasting the tops with a blow torch. The graham flour was essential in this recipe and making that s'more taste. I will definitely make these again.
