Michael and another Boeing employee named Karen (whose daughter is in Jacob's class) did a presentation for the kids on how satellites work. They presented the teacher with this poster signed by all the kids, and a book on space.2 kids, tied together were the power system and payload parts of the satellite. Another, the launch vehicle, pushed them into orbit away from the 4th kid, the earth. Normally we try not to tie kids up but in this case it was for science.
